Qualifications for Application Development Associate
- Experience: Suitable for recent graduates ( M.E/M.Tech, MCA/ B.E/B.Tech, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) )or those with 1-2 years of software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software development methodologies, and testing techniques.
- Independent and Team Player: Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in supporting infrastructure operations and managing IT production systems and services.
- Proficiency in test automation engineering, including test design, processes, cases, and data.
- Application of business and functional knowledge to achieve testing objectives.
- Ability to design usability testing scenarios.
- Creating comprehensive software testing reports, analyzing results, and providing observations to the development team.
- Swift problem-solving skills and adaptability to resolve business issues efficiently.
- Multidisciplinary mindset with a willingness to learn and apply new skills effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication skills.
- Consistently delivering high-quality code on time and actively participating in peer reviews.

Assessment Process:
- Eligible candidates will receive an email invitation for online assessments.
- The assessment consists of two stages and must be completed within the scheduled time frame.
- Mock Assessment: A mandatory 20-minute practice assessment to check hardware, software, and internet connection.
- Assessment #1: Cognitive and Technical Assessment – 90 minutes, includes 50 questions on English, critical thinking, problem-solving, abstract reasoning, and 40 questions on applications, MS Office, pseudocode, networking, security, and cloud. Coding assessment follows immediately.
- Assessment #2: Coding Assessment – 45 minutes, solve two questions using C, C++, Dot Net, Java, or Python.
- Assessment #3: Communication Assessment (Optional) – Approximately 30 minutes, evaluates sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation in interviews. Separate login details and timelines will be provided.
