Eligibility Criteria for Virtual Customer Service Associate Position
To be considered for the role of a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you need to fulfill the following prerequisites:
- Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: Possess a 10+2, diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork and Independence: Exhibit the capability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexible Availability: Be willing and available to work flexible hours, which may include nights and weekends.
