Qualification-
To be eligible for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar field.
- Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
As an IBM Remote Technical Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering technical support to IBM customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and others.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems to identify the root causes.
- Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborating with fellow members of the IBM technical support team to create and implement innovative support processes and procedures.
- Staying informed about the latest technologies and industry trends to provide up-to-date assistance.
- Providing training and support to other IBM employees, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
