TCS Management Hiring aims to recruit Management Postgraduates for permitted specializations in India. The off-campus drive is open to candidates who have completed a two-year full-time MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM course with specialization in the following areas:
- Marketing
- Finance
- Operations
- Supply Chain Management
- Information Technology
- General Management
- Business Analytics
- Project Management or related disciplines
Application Process:
To apply for the TCS MBA Off Campus Hiring, candidates need to follow the steps below:
Step 1: Visit the TCS NextStep Portal (link provided) Step 2: Register and apply for the TCS MBA Off Campus Hiring (Year of Passing 2022 & 2023)
- For registered users: log in and complete the application form, then click on “Apply for Drive”
- For new users: register, choose “IT” as the category, fill in your details, submit the application form, then click on “Apply for Drive” Step 3: Choose the mode of test (In-Center) and select a preferred test center, then click on “Apply” Step 4: Check the status of your application by clicking on “Track Your Application”; it should reflect as “Applied for Drive”
Test Eligibility
The candidate must have completed a two-year full-time MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM Course from a recognized university with specialization in Marketing/Finance/Operations/Supply Chain Management/Information Technology/General Management/Business Analytics/Project Management or related disciplines. The candidate should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or above in each of Class 10th, Class 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation, and/or Post Graduation examination, which includes successful completion of final year/semester.
Candidates must have a B.Tech /BE degree prior to MBA, which is a mandatory pre-requisite for candidates to qualify under the selection process. Students passing out in the years 2022 and 2023 are eligible to apply for the TCS MBA Off Campus Hiring Process. Candidates with prior work experience of up to 2 years are eligible to apply.
For 2023 Year of Passing Students, only one backlog is permitted, and all pending backlogs should be completed within the stipulated course duration. For 2022 Year of Passing Students, the course should have been completed within the stipulated course duration, and they should be able to produce all marksheets and certificates.
It is mandatory to declare gaps in education, if any, and the overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until the highest qualification. Relevant document proof, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education.
Only Full-Time courses will be considered, and part-time/correspondence courses will not be considered. However, candidates who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are eligible to apply if the other courses are full-time. The candidate must be a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 28 years of age.
Important Notes:
- Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Candidates must have all their original academic documents as applicable till date.
- Communication related to the test will be sent by TCS iON.
- TCS does not send hiring-related communication from unofficial email ids such as Gmail, Rediff mail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, etc.
